Who would have thought that one could improve brain health? Come on , man, if I proceed to the gym and do biceps exercises, or squats, you will find there's solution to measure my progress.

Cara Mengecilkan Perut Dan Paha Muscles grow which enable it to be measured or I am able to exercise resistance, lift a heavier weight, and I feel better, (as a result of endorphins released when I resistance train) but if I'm going read classical literature or research in a very field I am new to, I cannot measure my brain's health or increase in exactly the same when i can a muscle's growth or health.

Not really. Modifications in my brain's health are subtle and cumulative, and now we will not be sure once such things as Alzheimer's disease have started that cognitive function is usually regained.
